2nd Gen SD, possibly a short bar. Assuming he has not modified the base/frame this can probably be saved.

I agree with Stampeed, if the frame has not been hacked, the SD bar can be restored. The value of the Dietz/Yankee domes could easily offset some of the cost of restoring the SD bar.

The "SpeakerCover" ist screwed into the Frame.
So you would have to replace the chrome trim to make it undone completely.
