Fed Sig/Target Tech Highlighter wiring question

I have a Target Tech branded halogen Highlighter that someone cut a bunch of the wiring for, internally. Still not sure why. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this, or know where to reconnect things? It's a two rotator with front and rear halogen bulbs - I think steady burn?

Thank you.

it appears they cut out the flasher circuit and one of the rotators.

As it appears:
-The cut red wire is for the other rotator, that should go to positive
-The orange wire appears to be positive for the flasher module, the cut end should connect to the missing flasher.
-The green and yellow wires should connect to the output terminals on the flasher.

-Also i see some cut ground wires, just make sure that all the bulbs and motors have their paths back to the ground terminal, i cant really make out where that one is coming from/goes to.

I wouldn't know for sure what flasher it would have used but i would make a guess of a fed sig FA3 flasher.

I can see from your photos that the orange wire is the positive wire for at least the right rotator. If you would post more photos from different angles I might be able to sort out the rest of the wires.

get a meter out and start checking for continuity. Grounds should be pretty easy to locate, start with each circuit seperately and draw yourself a map as you work through it. Doesn't look very difficult, and by breaking down the problem into smaller pieces it becomes less confusing.
