I'm trying to find a manual with the pin-outs for the control board in this bar. The board id is code-3 t11475 rev-2

That board number doesn't really mean anything, Code 3 didn't keep records on the board, only the serial number which is usually found on the front drivers side corner on the bottom lens. Are you wanting the information on the 16 pin connector?

To expand on my earlier reply; the harness that came out of that 16 pin molex was a standard 16 22ga. wiring harness used in both single colors and multicolored bars for both the 21TR, 21TRPL=(Meant has arrowstik) and 27cc bars Do you at least know what lightbar you have serial number?

I'll try to vision this in my head: The 16 Pin is all the trigger wires for the particular lightbar, like Pos.1,2 & 3, alleys, take-downs. There is one wire a black with a red stripe which programs each function, flash patterns, arrowstik ect. There is a 8 or 12 pin I cannot remember, but if the bar has an arrowstik, that plug is the operates that function, then there are (2) four pin molex plugs side by side, one is the take-down and alley lights in the lightbar the second plug is for the now discontinued take-downs and alley lights that Code 3 had made for on the feet of the lightbar. Then there are (2) two pin plugs, those were for if you needed any of the warning lights to be steady burn, like California required a steady red light, and usually they added a blue. so those took a different wire harness for that feature. Then there is two metal prongs that stick upwards, that is were you would move the small connector to like J2 for CA that meant the steady burn lights would come on in the second position on the controller.

PS: Code 3 never had a manual or schematic showing the board or what each plug does. The boards were used for many different models of lightbars, Solex, Defender, 2700, 21TR and 21TRPL. All the boards were programmed differently.

When we were repurposing a bar from the PD to the FD we had to email Code3 for the "as-built" diagram.

That is correct, they would send you the drawing of the bar, all that shows is the modules color(s) and location, takedowns and alley lights but not the wiring colors and what they would be used for.

Thank you all.
I got this bar and it had two amber heads. I changed them out to blue so the bar would be all blue in-case a volunteer F.F. wanted it. I saw the board with open plugs and was inquisitive of why.
Thats all. I did not want to play, whats that do.

I hope everyone had a safe and good Christmas, and I wish the same for the new year.
